Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Arizona OT licensure
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (needed for credentialing)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to Pre-K–12 students
- Evaluate and document student progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support students’ functional skills
- Travel between assigned schools as determined by district needs
- Complete all required assessments, screenings, and paperwork aligned with district and state guidelines
