Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program (required)
- Current Arizona OT licensure in good standing
- IVP fingerprint clearance card required before the start date
- Experience working with school-aged children (Pre-K through 12th grade), ideally in an educational setting
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability across multiple schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, consultations, and interventions as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Communicate treatment goals, strategies, and outcomes with teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to holistic student support
- Travel as needed between assigned campuses (mileage reimbursed if applicable)
