- Keeping detailed, organized records documenting progress and interventions for each student.
- Collaborating regularly with educators, family members, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- Participating actively in IEP meetings and contributing expertise regarding occupational therapy goals and strategies.
- Staying informed on the latest advances and evidence-based practices within the field.
Desired qualifications for success:
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license or certification.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is welcome, but not mandatory—a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for seamless teamwork.
- Proven ability to manage caseload documentation and meet deadlines consistently.
