Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Minnesota occupational therapist license (required)
- Previous experience in school-based environments is highly valued

- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' functional abilities and collaborate on intervention plans that support their educational goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students across multiple school sites, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and effectively document progress and outcomes
- Offer training and resources to school staff and families to optimize student participation in classroom routines
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and special education regulations
