School Occupational Therapist | Monument, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in the state or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services across multiple campuses within the district as assigned
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy goals into daily activities
- Provide direct, group, and consultative services as appropriate
- Adjust interventions based on evolving student needs and feedback from stakeholders
