School Occupational Therapist - Moreno Valley, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist License required
- Experience in school-based or healthcare occupational therapy settings preferred
- Comfortable conducting assessments, planning interventions, and supporting IEP documentation
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques, sensory integration, and assistive technology
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services for students according to individual needs and IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop relevant goals and treatment plans
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document all activities for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and collaborating with school staff and parents
- Support classroom modifications, provide staff training, and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
- Maintain timely records and uphold confidentiality in all interactions
