Qualifications:
- Active OT license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of fine motor, sensory support, and consultative OT services
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative and some direct OT services to students in grades 3-5
- Support approximately 25 students in one building
- Address fine motor and sensory needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Schedule: 8:05 am–2:45 pm, 2–3 days out of the week, from 9/8/26–6/16/27
