Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and registration (OTR/L) in the state
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Organized, adaptable, and self-motivated with excellent time management
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized OT services to students virtually, in alignment with IEPs and school policies
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop measurable, achievable therapy goals
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Provide consultative guidance and practical strategies for classroom integration
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed
