Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience with fine and gross motor skill development in school populations
- Previous work in school-based settings or with pediatric/child populations is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs related to fine and gross motor skills and daily school activities
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals and educational team input
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Provide recommendations for adaptations and supports to optimize classroom participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
