Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy, using standardized assessments and clinical observations
- Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills needed for classroom success
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support inclusive educational environments and facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records, contribute to IEP meetings, and document progress toward student goals
- Provide training and resources to school staff and families as needed to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies
