Two positions are available: one full-time opportunity and one part-time, both with the chance to make an impact across multiple sites in the community near Nogales, AZ.
Qualifications:
- Valid license as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and diverse student needs
- Commitment to promoting student independence and participation in educational activities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to IEP requirements and district guidelines
- For the full-time role: Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across four sites, providing direct intervention, evaluations, and consultative services (40 hours/week)
- For the part-time role: Offer high-quality therapy two days per week (16 hours/week); specific caseload and site details to be determined
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth and success
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide training and resources to education teams as needed
