- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Familiarity with educational documentation, IEPs, and goal setting for students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Support students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills, enhancing participation in academic and daily activities
- Implement therapy sessions both individually and in small groups, based on student needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate OT recommendations into classroom routines and home environments
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
