Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license/certification (state-specific preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to children ages 3 to 5
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for initial and re-evaluations to determine related service needs
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with MDE/IEP teams
- Develop, revise, and monitor progress toward established IEP goals
