Occupational Therapist School Setting - O Fallon, IL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois OT licensure (IL OT)
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP processes
- Flexible and responsive to diverse service settings: in-school, home-based, and remote delivery
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student independence
- Provide therapy sessions across multiple settings, including in-person, home health, and teletherapy, as needed
- Document student progress, prepare reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt service delivery models based on student and district needs
