You’ll work a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, serving between 35 and 45 students throughout up to three schools. Collaborating with staff and families, you’ll deliver meaningful interventions to make a positive impact while developing your professional skills in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current Wisconsin professional Occupational Therapist license
- Educator Certification for school-based practice
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics or school-based OT services
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Provide direct therapy services and adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT goals into each student’s daily routine
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team planning
