Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure (or eligibility) for the state of California
- Previous experience in school-based OT or pediatric therapy preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and goal-setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and students
- Comfort with either onsite or virtual (voco) service delivery models
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop targeted therapy plans to support educational goals
- Deliver therapy services to students individually or in group settings (onsite, voco, or hybrid as assigned)
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and consult with school teams
- Adapt activities and interventions to diverse student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely records
