Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- California Occupational Therapy License (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a school environment is a plus, but not necessary

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to an elementary caseload, addressing students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and school staff
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation according to school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and recommendations
- Provide consultation to educators and families to ensure continuity of care and promote student success
