- Prior school-based OT experience is beneficial, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
What You'll Do:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in schools, with some collaboration via teletherapy or home health as needed
- Travel between four local school sites to manage a caseload of 60 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports according to district guidelines
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each school
