Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to travel between two elementary schools as part of your schedule
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- Dedicated to supporting diverse learners and adapting approaches as needed
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide assessments, direct interventions, and ongoing therapy for elementary-aged students
- Create and implement individualized plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ participation in academic and daily activities
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational team’s goals
