Key Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) in California

- Ability to manage and organize K-8th grade caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans for students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional classroom participation
- Deliver direct therapy services and consult with educators on appropriate classroom accommodations and modifications
- Monitor and document student progress; participate in IEP meetings and provide clear updates to the education team and families
- Adapt strategies to suit diverse student needs and changing priorities throughout the assignment
- Maintain professional standards and compliance with all regulations
