Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the state of Colorado
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services for students with varying needs, in both individual and group sessions
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans, set goals, and monitor students’ progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding therapy and student records
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and support the achievement of educational goals
