Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs for occupational therapy services
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational teams
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary consultations
- Educate staff and families regarding strategies to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning
