Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation requirements
- Compassionate approach, strong communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop creative interventions tailored to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ abilities, develop individualized OT plans, and provide direct therapy services
