Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and families to provide classroom-based support and accommodations
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on students’ needs and progress
- Educate staff and caregivers about strategies that support students’ success in and out of the classroom
