School Occupational Therapist - Plainfield, New Jersey

Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey
- Experience working in schools, home health, or pediatric settings is preferred

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
