Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Oregon (or eligibility)
- Experience with school-based OT services
- Familiarity with IEP development, goal-setting, and documentation
- Strong communication and organization skills

- Passion for working with children and supporting educational outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy to K-12 students according to IEPs
- Evaluate student needs and provide thorough assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Document services and progress in a timely, compliant manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for planning and accommodations
- Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and sensory strategies as needed
- Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to caseload management
