Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Rhode Island
- Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs across all grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to determine needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional participation in the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of educational plans
- Educate staff and families on strategies that promote student independence and access to curriculum
