School Occupational Therapist - Putney, Vermont

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont OT certificate (required)
- Experience with K-12 students, preferably within a school setting
- Strong knowledge of school-based OT assessment and intervention planning
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and multiple school sites
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP and 504 plans
- Conduct assessments and document student progress accurately
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other support staff to enhance student participation and achievement
- Develop and implement individualized and group interventions designed for student success
- Travel between four district school buildings as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting and progress reviews
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities
