Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state OT licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts

Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to support educational goals
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom and small group environments
- Collaborate with teachers, educational specialists, and parents to integrate therapy into daily routines and lesson plans
- Document session notes, assessments, and progress reports according to school and legal requirements
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and develop strategies for students’ success
- Participate in staff development sessions to stay current with best practices and regulatory standards
