Occupational Therapist School Setting - Racine, WI

What you’ll bring:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with elementary school students
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal setting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as specified in IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student outcomes
- Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and goals
- Provide resources and support to classrooms as needed
