Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Occupational Therapy
- Prior experience delivering therapy services in school-based settings, especially elementary level, is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptability and organization to balance a caseload distributed over multiple campuses
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the IEP development process for each student
- Travel between buildings to support a diverse caseload
- Engage with teachers, parents, and staff to promote student growth and independence
- Document progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
