- Ability to work independently—no COTA support needed during this assignment
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload
What you'll do:
- Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to a caseload of 40 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and set student-centered goals
- Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to enhance student participation and success in the classroom
- Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with district and legal standards
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultative support to staff and families to maximize student outcomes during the leave coverage
