- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' motor, sensory, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs and school goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into students’ daily routines
- Document services, progress, and outcomes with accuracy and confidentiality
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on accommodations and adaptive strategies
- Support and empower elementary-aged students in achieving developmental and learning milestones
This contract role offers a predictable schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working exclusively with elementary students in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
