Qualifications:
- Active Texas OT license required
- Experience in school-based OT and/or teletherapy preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and participation in ARD meetings
- Familiarity with Frontline or similar documentation platforms a plus
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, managing a small caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing occupational therapy evaluations for assigned students using virtual tools
- Enter evaluation data, progress notes, and service updates into Frontline software with attention to accuracy
- Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans that support student success in educational environments
- Provide direct OT services via teletherapy one to two days per week, for 5-6 hours, aligned with IEP requirements
- Attend ARD meetings as needed and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student growth
- Track student progress and make recommendations based on observed needs
