- Skill in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms
- Ability to supervise and mentor a COTA
- Strong written and verbal communication for effective remote collaboration
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct re-evaluations for students at all grade levels in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Complete PreK evaluations (Fridays)
- Dedicate at least one day per week to IEP assessments and documentation
- Provide supervision and professional support for an on-site COTA
- Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met with thorough documentation
- Engage as a positive virtual team member, supporting student success and staff growth
