Middle School Elementary School Occupational Therapist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to conduct and interpret assessments to create meaningful intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ motor, sensory, and functional needs to inform individualized plans
- Develop and implement interventions to support participation in academic and daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams
- Provide training and resources for educators and caregivers related to motor skills, adaptive equipment, and classroom accommodations
