Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and collaborative interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers to foster student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress toward goals
- Contribute to IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for student support
- Support students' development in fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and access to curriculum
