This contract position offers 40 hours per week with a steady schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact within the school community.
Bring your expertise as an Occupational Therapist and help students develop the skills they need to participate fully in classroom activities. You'll collaborate with educators and other professionals, contribute to individualized education plans, and provide direct interventions that improve student outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
- Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Ability to assess and support a wide range of student needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students on-site across K-12th grade caseload
- Complete student evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Document services and progress according to school and state guidelines
- Attend and participate in team meetings as required throughout the academic year
