Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in New York State
- School-based OT experience preferred; open to those with strong backgrounds in other OT settings (Healthcare/Home Health)
- Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to develop individualized intervention plans
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs within the school environment
- Deliver targeted OT interventions to help students achieve educational and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy recommendations into classroom routines
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with relevant guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing goals and modifications
- Provide consultative support and resources to staff and families
