Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin, or ability to obtain

- Background in home health occupational therapy and/or teletherapy
- Proficiency in implementing evidence-based practices for pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school staff
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to determine students' strengths and areas for growth
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy
- Document and maintain accurate records of interventions and progress
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom and home routines
- Offer professional expertise during IEP meetings and team collaborations
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and regulatory standards
