Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Washington or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience with school-based therapy; ability to manage a caseload of approximately 36 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, parents, and students
- Comfortable working with elementary and/or middle school students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to support students’ educational goals
- Assess, evaluate, and document student needs and progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives
- Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student success
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet a variety of learning abilities and needs
