Occupational Therapist School Setting - Skillman, NJ

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license and registration required
- Demonstrated experience in school-based and/or home health OT therapy
- Passion for working with students of varying abilities and needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of partnering with educational teams
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, evidence-based occupational therapy to students according to IEP requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with staff and families to address student needs
- Conduct assessments and provide input for ongoing eligibility and services
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school OT
