School Occupational Therapist - Springfield, Vermont

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Vermont OT or COTA certification is required
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings is preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary through high school students in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate effectively with other therapists, educators, and support staff
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Role Details & Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students K-12 in classrooms, therapy spaces, and inclusive settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Serve as the OT for all grades, with a COTA supporting 5th–12th and select grades 2nd–4th under your guidance
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure strategies for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and data collection
- Full-time commitment (35–37.5 hours/week) from late August through mid-June, spanning the full school year across four buildings
