- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students within the school environment
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement intervention strategies geared toward enhancing student participation and independence
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to align therapy goals with academic objectives
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate records in compliance with legal and district requirements
- Participate in IEP and team meetings to deliver updates and recommendations
- Advocate for student needs and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
