Qualifications:
- Current and active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina (NC OT license required)
- Experience delivering OT services in a school environment strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of preschool through elementary-age students
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality OT evaluations, treatments, and interventions for students in preschool to grade 5
- Develop individualized plans to promote student participation and independence in daily school activities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Travel between three assigned locations as part of regular duties, ensuring consistency in student support
