Virtual Occupational Therapist - Arizona

A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) role is available in Maricopa, AZ, within a school-based setting. This position focuses on providing therapy services to students in developmental preschool programs across various school locations in the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of pediatric students, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions to support student success.
- Utilize telehealth platforms as needed to provide remote therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, especially within school settings, highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students, families, and educational teams.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and adapt to varying assignment locations.
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time position, typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week; schedule may vary depending on assignment location.
- Services provided throughout preschool programs at different schools in Maricopa, AZ.
