Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Current state licensure or certification for Arizona
- Prior experience working in school-based settings (preferred)
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide targeted interventions for students whose disabilities affect their participation in school activities
- Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with teachers, parents, and allied professionals
- Conduct evaluations, deliver therapy sessions, and carefully document student progress
- Train and support teachers and staff in implementing strategies to foster student success in the classroom
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall student support system
