Ideal Qualifications:
- Active AZ Occupational Therapist license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Previous school-based OT experience (preferred, not required)
- Supervisory experience and/or ability to guide COTAs
Role Highlights:
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a workload model ensuring about 15–20 direct service hours
- Manage caseloads between 40–60, with direct and consult-only students
- Deliver services across grades PS–8
- Oversee and mentor 1–2 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic school-based setting
