Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid license as an OT or COTA in Indiana (must attach with application)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, and parents
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy or supportive COTA services within schools to help students succeed academically and functionally
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct student assessments and document progress
- Offer creative interventions tailored to individual needs
- Support schools in Valparaiso and Portage as well as SELF school
