Occupational Therapist School Setting in Vancouver, WA

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities related to school performance
- Create and implement individualized intervention plans to support student access to learning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective strategies and accommodations
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a resource for occupational therapy expertise
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT license in Washington State
- ESA certification required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to student success
